Explications of the themes and instructions for the dance |
![]() |
1. Energy centre
Dance with a stamping rhythm. Rooted with mother earth. Connect yourself with her. Feel her under your feet.
Pure life energy that simply exists. Your actions in harmony with nature, with life. Mother earth. Basic needs. Sense of basic trust in your life. You can completely give yourself in to your mother. Earth as a safe place where you get what you need: attention, food, security and protection. All she has to offer for you, you take it gratefully. Sense of basic trust.
Negative – existential fear
2. Energy centre
Pelvis movements, stroke yourself, do yourself something good. If you find spontaneously a partner without striving for, dance with him/her without touching him/her.
Sexuality – female life energy. I have the right to enjoy the life with all senses. Feel the zest for life flowing through your body. Union of the sexes. Your feelings are natural, your actions creative.
Negative: self-consciousness, envy, jealousy – as a result there is sexual lack of enthusiasm or sexual hyperactivity.
3. Energy centre
Dance with the security and the consciousness that everything of you is good and you have the right to be how you are.
Life energy (prana), strength and power, act from the stomach, ability to assert oneself, acceptance of your being and respect for the feelings and peculiarities of the others. Magical life journey. Abundance is your birth right. I also have the right to say no. (No is often the Yes for yourself)
Negative: with less energy: unfeelingness, indifference, insecurity, missing self-confidence. With too much energy: power obsessiveness, false ambition, lack of consideration, destructive frenzy.
4. Energy centre
Put your hands over your heart and let its beat guide your dance.
Immerse yourself in your heart. Feel love and pain, happiness and sadness. Allow everything that comes from your heart. Whatever comes out is good. No matter what it is, everything is good. Permit it.
Love and pain, act consciously, conscious contact with feelings, connection with others, tolerance, warmth, kindness, cheerfulness, sympathy, helpfulness
Negative: loveless, bitter attitude, feeling of being separated, isolation, problems in mixing with others, loneliness.
5. Energy centre
First dance alone with yourself – feel how your communication is with yourself. How is the communication between mind and body? Everyone has what it needs?
When the singing begins (e-a-a me-a-a, translated “I am I, I am you”), we take hold of everybody’s hands and form a circle. While we sing we start to move us freely. We pass under the arms of the others and we let go of only if there is no other possibility. Immediately we take hold of the hands and we continue.
Balance between feeling and thinking. Communication with yourself and your body, with yourself and the others, facility in speech, reveal weakness, show strength, sincerity with yourself and others, gift of listening, inspiration, interaction, refinement of speech and expression, listening, sound.
Negative: unconscious feelings of guilt, fear, shyness, disturbed communication between head and body (disregard of the real needs of the body)
6. Energy centre
Dance how you feel.
Now everything is brought together, the opposites (female-male) are united. We move freely and free of all preoccupations – with the feeling of deep love for everyone and everything.
Free flowing – intuition, love, power of imagination, fantasy, inner cognition of the reality, grasp yourself as part of the whole.
Negative: down by the head, arrogance, want to control other people or things with mental power, lack of concentration, selfishness, self-glorification, ambition for power.
7. Energy centre
Lay or sit down comfortable and enjoy the unity of your being. All is done.
Standstill – higher self, superior mind, cosmic energy, getting conscious of the being, cognition, entirety. There is nothing more to do.
(Feelings dissolve – opposites have dissolved. I am the creation – the creation is me.)
8. After finishing the music we remain certain time in the taken position and enjoy our state.
Then we come back to our mother earth with the last theme of the second CD (Mars - purposeful energy). You will find the dance for it by yourself.
And now enjoy
Oh and we tried it out, this music is perfectly suitable for meditating, cuddling and many other kinds of feel-yourself-good activities.
The planetary tones and the law of the cosmic octave
The entire universe is in constant vibration - from the smallest elementary particle to the largest accumulation of stars. Vibrations are processes where the physical state of matter changes periodically in time. It is the speed of vibration which is responsible for the possibility of hearing, seeing, feeling up to the point of not being able to perceive anything, because the speed might be too fast or too slow for our sense perception.
The planets of our solar system move around the sun in regular cycles. Also a musical tone is defined as its vibrations take place regularly (we hear irregular vibrations as noise).
With a simple law of nature, the so called “law of the octave”, you can transfer the rhythms of the planets to our audible range.
Anybody who wants more information about the law of the octave and the calculation of the planetary tones, should have a look here
